The purpose of Ø-HJUL's personal data policy is to explain how we collect, process and protect personal data.

2.Cookies
When you use the Ø-HJUL website, your default settings and in some cases your behaviour on the website are recorded in a cookie. 3. Log statistics
For each visit to http://www.ø-hjul.dk, Ø-HJUL builds up log statistics. Log statistics means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors the website has had, where they come from, on which part of the website it is left, etc.
No personal data is processed in connection with log statistics.
The purpose of the collection of the aforementioned information is mainly to increase user-friendliness, to measure the effectiveness of services and to document the use of the Ø-HJUL online shop.
4. Processing of purchases in the Ø-HJUL online shop
When you shop in Ø-HJUL's online store, personal data is collected and registered for the purpose of providing you with the service you have ordered. Your personal data will only be processed if you have given your consent to the processing and agree to the processing activities that are carried out.
The personal data processed in this context are first name, surname, street and house number, postal code, city, e-mail and telephone number. This information is processed (collected, recorded and stored) so that the agreed service can be provided to you.

Ø-HJUL has implemented a number of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from misuse. Ø-HJUL does not store or transmit personal data in encrypted form, but all the personal data we process is protected by a firewall. Furthermore, when paying by debit card, card details are sent encrypted to Ø-HJUL's payment provider, so Ø-HJUL does not have access to either account or registration numbers.
In addition, we have implemented access control in a large number of our systems, so that only employees with a work-related need have access to personal data. We provide ongoing training to our employees and have developed and implemented a wide range of policies and procedures to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the principles of data protection law. Finally, access attempts are logged and the exchange of personal data within Ø-HJUL is relatively often encrypted.
Security measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis and revised in line with technological developments. In addition, all Ø-HJUL employees are bound by confidentiality, so you can be sure that your information is treated confidentially.
